Shipping & Returns

When will my order ship?

Once you place an order, it should arrive within 3-5 business days, using our flat rate UPS ground shipping option. All orders are fulfilled and shipped through our warehouse in New Jersey. When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information, so you know you’re all set.

Please note that orders placed after 4 p.m. EST on Fridays will not be fulfilled until Monday morning. 


Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, you can select UPS overnight shipping at checkout to get your order within a single business day. You must place your order by 12 p.m. EST to receive it the next day.


Do you ship internationally?

Only to Canada right now, but check back in soon as we plan to expand.


Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO boxes via UPS SurePost.


What is your return policy?

We want you to love what you buy, so we’ve made returns easy. You can return or exchange items within 30 days—and return shipping is on us. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with the tags still attached.

Visit our returns page to start the process using your order number and email address.

**All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.


How long will it take to refund my order?

Once we’ve received your items, we’ll refund the amount to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.


Do you charge for return shipping?

Nope, return shipping is on us. For exchanges, new shipping charges are also waived, regardless of your order total. That’s how much we want you to love your GSTQ purchase.

How do I know what size I am?

Please refer to our size chart for a complete guide to finding the perfect fit.

How can I check on the status of my order?

For orders that haven’t shipped, email connect@gstq.com. Please include your order number in the subject line.

If your order has already shipped, check your shipping notification email for a tracking link to get the most up to date information on your order’s arrival.


How do I cancel or make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

As long as your order hasn’t shipped, you can cancel it online and resubmit a new order. Need help? Contact us at connect@gstq.com.

Can I send an order as a gift?

While we don’t offer gift packaging or personal messaging on shipments at this time, you can send a GSTQ gift card—which takes all the guesswork out of giving. Gift cards are redeemable for cash when required by law in certain states.
