Shipping
When Can I Expect My Order To Ship?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship using our flat rate UPS ground shipping option. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow along its journey – we know… the anticipation kills us too.
Please note that orders placed after 4 p.m. EST on Fridays will not be fulfilled until Monday morning.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We also offer express shipping if you simply can’t wait for your items (we don't blame you)! You can select UPS Express shipping to get your order within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped out the next business day. Express shipping has a cost of $35.95.
What if I shipped my order to the wrong address?
We can not take responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wrong given address as we cannot change it once the order is placed. The customer assumes the responsibility of checking the shipping address before submitting. Once it ships, it is in the hands of the mailing professionals, and we are not responsible. We advise you to contact UPS to escalate the issue.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Any orders placed with a P.O. box will be canceled.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand right now, and as we continue to grow – we hope to reach all ends of the earth!
While we do our best to estimate the duties and taxes imposed by the local government, we cannot assume responsibility for any changes at the time of delivery. The customer assumes full responsibility handling these charges.
Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. You must wait to receive the order and then follow the standard return process in order to send the item(s) back or exchange them. Who knows! You may end up loving the clothes so much you won’t be able to part with them.
Can I make changes to my order?
Thank you for your order! We can’t wait for you to experience GSTQ. Please make sure to review your order carefully before it is submitted as it cannot be modified once it is placed. Double and triple check that all details are correct.
How can I check on the status of my order?
For orders that haven’t shipped, email connect@gstq.com. Please include your order number in the subject line.
If your order has already shipped, check your shipping notification email for a tracking link to get the most up to date information on your order’s arrival.
What if my order gets lost/stolen?
GSTQ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages – we know it’s a major bummer when this happens. Please contact UPS with questions regarding shipment tracking.
What if I am interested in Wholesale?

Returns / Exchanges
What's Your RETURN POLICY?
We want you to love what you buy, so we’ve made returns easy. You can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receiving your order—and return shipping is on us! All items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with the tags still attached. Once we’ve received your items, we’ll refund the amount to your original payment method which can take up to 14 business days.

Before you check out and click purchase, remember, all sale items that are deemed FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I EXCHANGE one of my items?
For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost to send back the original order. But, as a newer brand, we ask you to cover the shipping to get the exchange back into your closet. Basically - one way is on us.
How long will it take to refund my order?
Once we've received your items, we'll refund the amount to your original payment within 5 to 7 business days.
Items
One of my items arrived damaged - help!
All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item. Please email us at connect@gstq.com with a photo attached. If you contact us after 5 days of receiving your damaged item, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
My garment looks different in person?
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, fits and material of our products. We do not take responsibility for monitoring discoloration.
How does your sizing fit my body?
We know finding the right size online is sometimes a challenge. Our team has been as thorough as possible when it comes to the details of our sizing. We want to celebrate all bodies, shapes, and sizes. As an emerging brand, we don’t always follow standardized sizing; instead, we focus on the fit of each piece individually. If you have any questions, please refer to our size guide for a complete description of finding the perfect fit for you. If you have additional questions in regards to sizing you are welcome to reach out!

Our power creates impact. We walk arm-in-arm with our community to build a fashion brand that values design and impact in equal measure. We partner with 1% for the planet and make all our clothes in factories who celebrate their employees. Our clothes are made mostly in Portugal, Turkey and right here in the USA.
