How do I know what size I am?

How can I check on the status of my order?
For orders that haven’t shipped, email connect@gstq.com. Please include your order number in the subject line.
If your order has already shipped, check your shipping notification email for a tracking link to get the most up to date information on your order’s arrival.
How do I cancel or make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
As long as your order hasn’t shipped, you can cancel it online and resubmit a new order. Need help? Contact us at connect@gstq.com.
Can I send an order as a gift?
While we don’t offer gift packaging or personal messaging on shipments at this time, you can send a GSTQ gift card—which takes all the guesswork out of giving. Gift cards are redeemable for cash when required by law in certain states.
Why can’t I apply my promo code to an item?
Certain items are excluded from our on-site promotions. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
