The GSTQ Customer Service/Wholesale Associate is the main point of contact between our customers, warehouse, and sales associates. This person is a pro-active problem solver who is organized, well-spoken and able to give a 5-star level of customer service. 

Experience 

• 3-5 years of Customer Service experience

• Good communicator with customers and cross functional with team members

• Familiar with systems and programs such as: Gorgias, Exenta, Joor, and Facebook
